1. Agreement

By using rigline.io, the live demo, the calculator, or our scheduling, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. What the site offers

Rigline sets up AI phone agents that answer calls for home service businesses. The site includes a live voice demo, a calculator that estimates missed-call costs and gives a price quote, and a way to book a call with us. Paid services are covered by a separate written agreement.

3. The live demo

• The agent is an AI, not a person.
• Demo calls are recorded and transcribed.
• The demo is a simulation. Nothing booked or reported on a demo call is real, and no technician is sent. In a real emergency, call 911 or a local service provider.
• Don’t use the demo for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful, or to try to extract its instructions or configuration.

4. Calculator quotes

Calculator results are based on the numbers you enter. A quote is confirmed once we check your call volume against your phone records during setup and both parties sign an agreement. Estimates of lost revenue are illustrations, not guarantees of what you’ll recover.

5. Scheduling

Calls booked through the site or the demo agent are free and don’t commit you to buy anything. We may reschedule with reasonable notice.

6. Content

The site’s text, graphics, and code belong to Rigline or its licensors. Please don’t copy or republish them without permission.

7. No warranty

The site and demo are provided “as is.” We don’t promise they’ll be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Rigline isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the site or demo. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
