Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Rigline (“we”, “our”, or “us”) runs rigline.io and sets up AI phone agents that answer calls for home service businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, use the live demo, book a call, or contact us, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone number, and your message, when you book a call, use the contact form, or give them to the demo agent.
• Demo calls. When you use the live demo, your voice is processed by our AI agent, and the call is recorded and transcribed. You’re told this next to the call button before you start. We also store the company name and trade you entered, and which page or email link brought you to the demo.
• Calculator inputs. The numbers you enter stay in your browser. If you choose “Lock in this quote,” the quote is saved in your browser and attached to your booking.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, referring links, browser type, and approximate location, collected by our hosting and analytics providers.

3. How we use it

• To run the demo and the website
• To schedule calls and send booking confirmations
• To reply to your questions and follow up on a quote you asked for
• To review demo calls and improve how the agent handles them
• To understand which pages and outreach emails lead people to the demo
• To meet legal obligations

We don’t sell your information.

4. Services that process data for us

• Retell AI: runs the voice agent and stores call recordings and transcripts
• OpenAI: the speech model behind the agent, through Retell
• Cal.com: scheduling
• Resend: delivers contact-form messages to us
• Vercel: hosting and site analytics

Each has its own privacy policy covering how it handles data.

5. How long we keep it

Demo recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 90 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Contact and booking details are kept as long as needed to follow up with you, or until you ask us to delete them.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email tom@rigline.io and we’ll take care of it.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee it.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
